Build · you have an idea
Vibe-coding speed without the vibe-coding debt. We scope it, agree a fixed quote, and ship working software every week until it's live.
What we build
Your first version, scoped to what proves the idea.
Accounts, billing, teams, dashboards, admin.
iOS and Android from one codebase with Expo.
Back-office apps that replace the spreadsheets.
Assistants, agents, and automations with guardrails.
Payments, CRMs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
How we're different
Doing it yourself with AI is fast until it isn't. A traditional agency is safe but slow and expensive. We sit in between.
We use the same AI tools you'd use, so boilerplate and first drafts take hours, not weeks.
Senior engineers own the architecture, review every change, and say no to shortcuts that cost you later.
Tests, CI, monitoring, and the Cosmerg Security Standard are in from the first commit, not bolted on.
Standard, well-supported tools are cheaper to build with, easier to hire for, and safer to run. We change it when your product needs something else.
The process
A demo and a preview deploy every week, so you always see exactly where your money went.
Step 01
We scope the product, design the architecture, and fix the price.
Step 02
Weekly sprints with a demo and a preview deploy every week.
Step 03
Production hosting, domains, monitoring, backups, and a rollback plan.
Step 04
Ongoing monitoring, patches, and new features as you grow.
Engagement models
Every build starts with a one-week Map sprint. Its fee is credited toward the build.

FAQ
By default Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres (often via Supabase), Stripe, and Vercel, plus Expo for mobile. A standard stack is cheaper to build, easier to hire for, and safer to run.
We use the same AI tools for speed, but engineers own the architecture, review every change, write tests, and apply our security standard. You get the speed without the debt.
We agree on changes before doing them. Small swaps fit inside the sprint; bigger additions are priced as a new sprint, never as a surprise invoice.
You do. Code, designs, and accounts are yours from day one and live in your organisation's accounts.
A short brief is enough. We'll reply within one business day with questions and a Map sprint plan.
