Cosmerg (“we”, “us”) is a software company that takes vibe-coded apps to production and builds new software for founders and early-stage teams. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and in our client work.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email, the track you picked, an optional app or repository link, your project details, and timeline.
• Preflight form: your name, email, your app's public URL, and optional details about how it was built and what worries you.
• Emails and calls: whatever you share with us while we discuss or deliver a project.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or Preflight review.
• To deliver the work you've hired us for and send you updates about it.
• To keep this website secure and working.
• We never sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

When you hire us, you may share source code, configuration, and access to services like your hosting or database. We treat all of it as confidential:

• Used only for your project, never reused for anyone else.
• Access is least-privilege, per person, and removed when the work ends.
• Credentials are never exchanged over chat or plain email.
• Production data stays in your accounts; we don't copy it to ours.
• When we're done, we help you rotate every key we had access to.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, such as website hosting, email, and the tools that receive form submissions. They process information only on our instructions. We'll share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed to support you and meet legal and accounting obligations. Client code and access are removed or returned at the end of an engagement.

You can ask us to show, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
