Skillipop: a mother's vibe-coded kids' games, turned into a game store
A mother in the US vibe-coded learning games for her kids with AI tools, each one a single HTML file on her computer. We turned them into Skillipop, an installable game store where kids play free, parents buy more, and games work offline.

The nebula
Where it started.
- Each game was a single HTML file, opened from her computer one at a time.
- There was no way to share the games with other families, or to charge for them.
- Progress was saved only in the browser that played the game.
- No server, no accounts, and no way to add a new game without sending files around.
What we did
Into orbit, step by step.
Scan
Played every game the way a child would, and mapped what a store needs around them: browsing, free play, purchases, and parents' accounts.
Merge
Built the store around her games: an admin panel to upload a game as a ZIP or HTML file with versions, categories and groups, Stripe checkout, reviews with moderation, and a bright design made for kids.
Launch
Made it an installable app that downloads games for offline play, stored game files in private storage, unpacked uploads in the background, and deployed automatically with every change.
Orbit
Live at skillipop.cosmerg.com. She adds new games herself from the admin panel, without touching the code.
